This promotion works if you buy goods worth at least $ 200 before tax. With this, we provide you with fast, easy and free shipping. The free shipping will be applied during the checkout process, and it is currently within United States. This excludes Alaska**, Hawaii**, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. You should also note that the free ground shipping applies to standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. The more you spend on buying our bags, the more you save.

30 days returns and exchanges

To ensure that you end up with the item that you want, we have an easy returns and exchanges policy. We accept returns and exchanges for new and unused items, such as cheap tote bags, wholesale backpacks and canvas tote bags among others, if you return them within 30 days from the date of purchase. You only need to have the item in the same condition as it was when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging with all hand tags attached.

Once we receive your returns, we process your refund as soon as possible within 2 to 4 business days. We have the money back guarantee.  In case you return the item, we refund the money you had paid including the sales tax.

We exchange items if you received the wrong item or something is missing from the items delivered. You will get a replacement and we will also provide you with instructions for return. reserves the right to modify the exchange and return policy.
